Registration fee for mESC-IS 23 is $400 for delegates ($200 for students). If you are resident in Turkey, you may pay your registration fee in Turkish liras. Please use the exchange rate ( $1= ₺7.25). This is the exchange rate at the time of the first circular of the previous symposium, i.e. mESC-IS 2021 . Please note that the exchange rate will be updated on July 17th 2023 will be in effect till July 2025.

Registration fee for delegates will comprise attendance to technical sessions, book of abstracts(pdf), lunches and symposium dinner. The fee for accompanying person covers the symposium dinner only. For those who would like to join us at the symposium dinner a separate fee may apply.
Refund
Free cancellation is possible before July 1st 2023, a fee ( not more than ₺100) may be deducted from the registration fee due to the banking expenses. Only 50 % of the registration fee may be returned if the registration is cancelled after July 1 st and before July 10th 2023 . No refund will be possible after July 10th.
