Spin-off Session

As part of our ongoing commitment to innovation, this year’s symposium will feature a new Spin-off poster & exhibit session. This dedicated session invites

• start-up companies,
• university spin-offs, and
• entrepreneurial teams

to showcase their prototypes, products, or technology-driven solutions..To participate in the Spin-off poster and exhibit session, please submit the registration form below.Please prepare this form as neatly as you can, since the data provided will be added to our database to be displayed permanently on our webpage under the Sponsors /contributors section.

The participation is easy. Just prepare your A0 (portrait) poster and bring your products. We will provide you with a stand as well as a small table (*)where you can display your products . The session is scheduled for the third day of the symposium, i.e., Wednesday, September 3rd, 2025. In the evening, we can join together for the Symposium Dinner at İzmit Yelken Kulübü.

If you have already registered for the symposium, there is no additional formality. If you have not, please register for the symposium. If you are short of time, you can apply for a single-day registration.

(*) Allocation of larger space is possible, please contact local committee by August 15th at the latest
