Registration

If you like to join the summer school, please first pre-register to the school. We will then evaluate your application and will let you know if you are accepted to the school . The evaluation will be based on rules of TUBITAK BIDEB 2237 graduate level program. The target group of this summer school therefore covers all who are conducting research in the area of Energy Storage and Conversion. This include researchers, scientists, post-doctoral researchers, graduate students (those well advanced or in early period in Ph.D or M.Sc. programs plus new comers, i.e. those just accepted to the graduate programs). Undergraduate students are outside the target group. This is except for those who are involved in research activities by partcipating in research projects, through programs such as STAR or similar . A ratio of 2:1 will be maintained between experienced researchers and new comers . Since the school will be conducted in English, applicants must be proficient in English. Therefore a YDS score of >= 65 or its equivalent is required.

Having made your pre-registration, you will recieve the outcome of your pre-application via an e-mail. If you are accepted to the program, please proceed to register to the school

Registration fee of the summer school covers attendance to the school, lunches and offerings for tea/coffe break.

Group Registration for graduate students

mESC-School encourages group participation . So if you are planing to participate in mESC-School as a group of full-time graduate students, you have the option of registering to the school by paying 60% of the registration fee (the remaining 40% will be covered by income from our sponsors/contributors). Group means a minimum of 2 and no more than 4 full-time graduate students from the same research group. A letter from the group leader (i.e. advisor ) is required.

To register please press registration  button above – details regarding payment, bank account etc are given in the form . It is important that you have to finish registration ( including the bank transfer and if relevant sending the documents) within the prescribed period as specifed in the e-mail. If you do not finish registration within the allocated period, you would loose your right to register and your place will be considered as vacant.
