The venue is METU Convention Center, Ankara. Ankara, the capital of Türkiye, is served by Ankara Esenboğa International Airport (ESB), located approximately 28 km from the city centre. Direct international flights connect Ankara with several European and other international destinations. Participants travelling from destinations without direct flights can conveniently reach Ankara via connecting flights through Istanbul.
Several transportation options are available between Esenboğa Airport and the city centre:
- Taxi: Taxis are available 24 hours a day outside the airport terminal. Travel to the city centre generally takes 30–45 minutes, depending on traffic.
- Airport Shuttle Services: Havaş and AnkaraAir provide shuttle services connecting the airport with major transportation points in Ankara, including the intercity bus terminal (AŞTİ) and, depending on the service, Kızılay.
- Public Bus: EGO bus route 442 connects the airport with Kızılay and AŞTİ.
The METU campus is approximately 45 km from the airport. Participants wishing to travel directly to the conference venue may find a taxi or prearranged transfer the most convenient option.
Ankara is connected to Istanbul, Eskişehir, Konya and several other Turkish cities by the high-speed rail network (YHT).
