International summer school on materials for energy storage and conversion(mESC School 2025) is an integral part of the symposium held with the same name ( International Symposium on Materials for Energy Storage andConversion, mESC-IS 2025 ). The summer school, will take place on 28-31 August 2025 preceding the symposium. The venue is the Department of Chemical Engineering , Kocaeli University at Umuttepe Campus

The school follows the structure of the earlier schools (mESC-School 2015 , mESC-School 2017, mESC-School 2019 , mESC-School 21 and mESC-School 23) and aims to bring new comers/early researchers with those experienced in the field. The school covers the state-of-the-art reviews in selected topics plus in depth coverage of materials and electrochemical characterization techniques. The school also includes hands-on sessions.

Some of the topics to be covered in the school is listed below.  Further addition to topics and lecturers will be announced soon. Please check this page later

Registration to Summer School will take place in two stages. First you would have to pre-register to the school, to find out if you qualify for registration. If you qualify you would then be asked to register. The experience shows that the news spread rather slowly so we accept the applicants in cycles. We will accept a total of 60 participants to the school in two sections, i.e. each section with 30 participants.
