Group Registration
mESC-IS encourages group participation. So if you are planing to participate in mESC-IS as a group, ıt is possible to register to the symposium by paying 60% of the registration fee (the remaining 40% will be covered by income from our sponsors/contributors). Group means a minimum of 3 participants from the same research group.To be eligible for group registration we need a letter from the leading researcher of the research group

Registration fee for delegates and students will comprise attendance to technical sessions, program, book of abstracts(online), tea/coffe breaks, lunches, social program. The registration fee also include symposium dinner for fully paid participants . If you are not a fully paid participants you can join symposium dinner, but separate fee would apply, please contact registration desk during the symposium. For accompanying person, the fee comprises addendance to social program and symposium dinner.
Refund
Free cancellation is possible before August 10th 2024, however $ 50 will be deducted from the registration fee due to the banking expenses. We issue your invoices as soon as we recieve the payment. Therefore VAT which we pay cannot be returned. Only 50 % of the registration fee may be returned if the registration is cancelled after August 10th and before August 25th . No refund will be possible after August 25th
