Session Proposal

(Title should be descriptive and concise.)

(We normally expect two researchers who work in similar or complimentary areas, preferably from different countries/institutions )

(We expect one contributor for the plenary session. The title,i.e. the topic of presentation,  in plenary session should be of interest for the symposium audience as a whole.  So the nomination for the plenary session must be made with careful consideration. Normally we expect one contributor for plenary session, but if needed you may propose more than one)

(A session is made up of 4 presentations. The first presentation is given a duration of 20 minutes and the others 15 minutes.  The first presenter is experienced researcher, the remaining 3 are researchers/senior graduate students.)

(Presentations that cannot be placed in parallel session due to limited oral slots may be placed in poster session. We would like to mention that poster session is the prime session of the symposium and normally takes place on the third day between 12:00- 15:30 before the plenary session at 16:00.)
