Pre-registration

A total of 60 participants will be accepted to the summer school, 36 will be on TUBİTAK support and 24 with own support. We will have two sections, each with 30 participants

If you like to join the summer school, please first make an application by pre-registering to the school. We will then evaluate your application and will let you know if you are accepted to the school .

In case some of the pre-applicants accepted in the second cycle do not register, we might have a few places to accept new applicants . So please feel free to make a pre-application. Preapplicants will be accepted on “first pre-apply, first accept” basis

Registration

Having made your pre-registration, you will recieve the outcome of your pre-application via an e-mail. If you are accepted to the program, please proceed to register to the school ( If you do not receive an e-mail by 08/May/2023, please contact us again by writing to m-t@mesc-is.org)

Registration fee as specified above are applicable for participants residing in Turkey and are heavily subsidized. (Normal registration fee for mESC-School-23 is $400 for regular participants and $200 for students). However, if you do not want your registration to be subsidized, you can link to regular registration and pay the regular fee.

( * ) Applicants accepted to the school with TUBITAK support will be required to pay ₺800 as deposit during registration. The deposit will be returned to participant at the end of the school. please link to Financial Support for details
